**At this time, we are recruiting volunteers to help grow this organization by way of spreading awareness through social medias and community connections with flyers that we will provide. Once we've become established as a 501(c)(3) and have enough volunteers in a concentrated area to support each role, we will begin the process of organizing local volunteer groups that include the roles of:

Street OutreachList Item 2
This role involves a lot of direct personal interaction with those experiencing homelessness. These volunteers will be driving to pick up care-packages and meals (aka "Hearty Helpings") from other volunteers, then driving to those in need to deliver. These volunteers are expected to have proficient interpersonal effectiveness skills in order to build rapport with those facing or experiencing homelessness. This also requires both receiving and passing out information, as well as the participation in mandatory training prior to going into the field.

Home ChefList Item 1
This involves cooking a predetermined large-family sized meal aka "Hearty Helpings" (8+ servings) for Street Outreach Volunteers to pick up for delivery. These volunteers are also expected to follow food-regulation guidelines and to participate in training prior to making the meals.

Care-Package CuratorList Item 3
This role involves assembling person-centered care packages during virtual team meetings for Street Outreach Volunteers to pick up and hand out.

PartnershipList Item 4
This role is for local businesses to get involved with donations, volunteering expertise during free-time, posting flyers, collaborating in tabling events, etc.
